Axedale Golf Club is proud to host the regional launch of 1Club Golf on Sunday October 15th, a simple and affordable way for newcomers to experience the sport.

As the 1Club name suggests, beginners will start by using just one specially designed golf club (supplied, but not to keep) with which they can play all shots, including putting, making 1Club a cheap introduction to the sport. Within an hour, players will be out on course with a guarantee they will be ‘good golfers’.

So far, many very successful clinics have been held, so the next clinic has been scheduled at 9:00 am for Sunday 21st January.

The 1Club Golf Clinic is run at Axedale on a Sunday. Beginners start with a short session educating them about safety, etiquette and course care before it’s off to the first tee for four holes of actual play.

Cost is $10 payable at the course on the day.

Note for 1Clubbers: Axedale Golf Club Twilight golf begins on Tuesday night (5 December) and we’d love 1Club players to get involved. Hit-off times are between 4.30pm and 5.30pm – just report to the clubhouse and we will form you into groups.
